WBCOOP

Online Poker

I have registered to play in the PokerStars World Blogger Championship of Online Poker! The WBCOOP is a free online Poker tournament open to all Bloggers, so register on WBCOOP to play.

Registration code: XXXXXX 392520

doubler stats up to 60.17

The doubler stats are up to a win percentage of 60.17% and the 360 man sngs are ok, but it took a big score to get positive and just barely at that.

4-2 for the doublers

Went 2 and 2 Friday, then 2 and 0 on Sunday to post a nice win. The stats are not moving that much because of the volume so I am still at a 60% win rate but I should hit the corner at some point (assuming I keep doing well) and notch that stat up to 61%. From there, who knows how far up I can push it.

WBCOOP coming up soon. I will try to register but since I didn't get the email invite I am a little skeptical about getting to play. If I do, I will push hard and try to get luck until I get the top ticket or 2nd best then I will try to be more selective.

OR I will push hard in Omaha type games (not my thing) and take a more measure, patient approach in the hold'em games.

OPR stats

The opr stats are starting out on the right side will 25% ITM and all in top 30%

2011 is starting out pretty good and one final table already.

On the bad side, last three all ins:

A 10 versus A 2 and lost
A Q versus AA and lost
K J versus AA and lost

I don't mind when Aces hold but how the amount of times the BB or SB wakes up with aces in a quick turbo is more than annoying

It is almost time again

As 2011 begins, it is almost time again for all the spring online tournaments from the WBCOOP to the SCOOP and I am sure Full Tilt has something going as well.

While I have not played much since the last WBCOOP, I plan on knocking the rust of the ol MTT skill set with an eye towards making a decent showing in one or both.

GOOD LUCK TO ME!

2011 here I come

Seven Card Stud - the forgotten game

Kind of funny the Pokerstars would promote this game, but this and 5 card draw are the two games I initially learned how to play:
